What are the Lilos made from?

Each Lilo features an acrylic cover over an inflatable interior. This premium fabric is known for its UV resistance, fade resistance, and beautifully soft texture, perfect for elevated poolside lounging.

Are they single or double?

We offer both Single and Double Lilos. The double is generously sized to accommodate two adults comfortably, while the single is ideal for one.

How do I inflate the Lilo?

Use a standard air pump to inflate. Inflate slowly and avoid overinflating. For best results, allow the material to reach room temperature before inflating, as cooler vinyl expands in the sun.

Is the cover removable?

Yes. The outer fabric cover is fully removable and machine washable, making it easy to keep your Lilo fresh and beautiful.

How should I clean it?

- Remove the cover and wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
- Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
- For detailed stain removal, refer to our Care & Cleaning Guide.

Can I leave my Lilo in the pool all day?

We recommend removing your Lilo from the pool when not in use. Though the fabric is UV- and fade-resistant, extended sun exposure may gradually affect the colour and lifespan of the product.

Is it suitable for ocean or open water use?

No. Our Lilos are designed for still or calm waters only, such as private pools. They should never be used in waves, open water, or strong currents.

What if my Lilo gets punctured?

If a puncture occurs:

- Locate the leak (submerge in water or listen for air escape)
- Clean and dry the area
- Use a vinyl or PVC repair kit, following the kit instructions
- Allow to cure fully (12–24 hours) before reinflating

Please note: Damage due to misuse or external punctures is not covered under warranty.

Are they safe for children?

Our Lilos are designed for adult use only and are not intended for children. Use only under constant adult supervision.
