HOW OFTEN DOES THE WATER NEED TO BE EMPTIED FROM THE POOL PILLOW? HOW OFTEN DOES THE WATER NEED TO BE EMPTIED FROM THE POOL PILLOW?

All of our Pool Pillow covers come with a drainage system and we recommend completely draining the water from the pool pillow regularly. We also recommend running hose water through and over the pool pillow after every use. This will ensure the longest possible life for your Pool Pillow.

We recommend that our customers keep their Lilos out of the water and sun when not in use. This prevents two things;

1. The Lilo covers rubbing against rough pool edges and developing general wear and tear.

2. The buildup of mold and mildew.

The inner pressure of your Lilo will naturally change with time and temperature change. We recommend routinely topping up the air with the air pumps provided.If you are using your inflatable lilo in the sea, we recommend hosing it down afterwards.

Assuming the products have not been misused, we offer a three month warranty on all components and parts. Just contact our team and we’ll get any issues resolved as soon as possible.

HOW DO I INFLATE MY LILO OR RING? HOW DO I INFLATE MY LILO OR RING?

All our Lilos and Rings are provided with a manual air pump. This air pump can be used to inflate your Lilos and Rings, alternatively you may wish to purchase an electric air pump.

The filling for the Pool Pillows is provided. Here are the filling instructions;

1. Open the box containing the outer cover and remove the mesh bag provided

2. Take the three 1kg bags of polystyrene buoyant filling

3. Snip off the corners of each polystyrene bag

4. Pour the polystyrene balls into the mesh bag (we recommend 2 people do this for ease)

5. Once all three bags are empty, discard them.

6. Zip up the mesh bag securely.

7. Insert the filled mesh bag into the outer cover.

8. Zip up the outer cover, and your pool pillow is ready to use

It is important that you keep the filling in the mesh bag at all times so that the cover can be removed easily and washed on a gentle cold cycle when required.

It also gives added protection, so should anything happen to the cover or the inner bag, you have an extra level of protection.
